Warning: This will be long and nonsensical
I can't believe it I finally got my braces off. I can eat whatever I like, I can talk without worrying if there's food stuck in my braces, I can smile like a normal human being, it feels awesome. :'D
Yesterday I went to the office and I kept waiting for them to tell me "Oh, sorry your teeth really haven't adjusted enough. Just cancel that appointment tomorrow" but they didn't. So this morning I woke up and did my normal routine, except I didn't go to school >w<. Mom picked me up at 8:30 and I drove to the office. When I got there I kept waiting for someone to tell me something had gone wrong. But the didn't.
Finally I get into the chair and wait for 20-40 minutes, which was fine because I had The Man in the Iron Mask. They took the top part off and then we took a break. I had a mirror in my purse so I peaked at my teeth. I was horrified, they were speckled and had some spots of that ugly yellow brown. So for the rest of the time while they were taking my braces off I kept thinking of how I should have brushed my teeth more. D: Even then at the end after they added on to one of my teeth (which is attached to the bone because it fell out DDD
I was afraid to look. So my mom talked to the Orthodontist I drove to McDonalds 'cause I was starved. When I got home I finally take one last look at my teeth, they're fine. There's none of that nasty gunk I had seen before. They're not perfect white but they're not speckled either.
I'm sooooo happy. I'm almost normal. Now all I have to do is fix my skin, hair, and glasses. [=
